Destination: Peru

After five trips to Thailand, one to Cambodia, two to Burma, one to Vietnam, and three years in Japan, I've decided to attempt a change of longitude: Peru.

Unlike Asia, I haven't spent years fantasizing and fetishizing South America. I have no clue what to expect of the people, the environment or the food.
